Royalebd Terms & Conditions — Full Terms of Use

By using the Royalebd website or mobile application, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms & Conditions in full. This is Royalebd and a legally binding agreement between you.

In this document, "Royalebd", "we", and "us" refer to the Royalebd platform and its management. "Member", "you", and "user" refer to any registered or unregistered individual accessing or using our platform.

Royalebd operates in accordance with applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh. Any legal disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.

To open an account with Royalebd, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 Years or Older must be.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh and have a valid mobile number.
• You must have an active mobile banking account (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) registered in your own name.
• Each person may only One Account open an account.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true and accurate.

After completing the registration process, Royalebd may carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, which may require a copy of your National ID or passport.

Keeping your account password and login credentials confidential is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, please contact our support team immediately.

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on Royalebd:

• Minimum Bet: ৳100 BDT. Maximum bet limits vary by market and event.
• Placing opposing bets on the same market within a single match (arbitrage) is strictly prohibited.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a bet is placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, Royalebd reserves the right to void that bet.
• If a cash-out is made during live betting, it will be considered final.
• If a system failure prevents the outcome of a bet from being determined, Royalebd's decision shall be final.

If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets are generally refunded. However, special rules may apply if the match is played significantly later than the originally scheduled time.

Royalebd only accepts legitimate payment methods. The name on your payment account must match the name on your Royalebd account.

Deposit Rules:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500
• Deposits are credited to your account instantly.
• Only deposit from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Payments sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.

Withdrawal Rules:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Once your request is approved, funds are typically sent within 5–30 minutes.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
• Royalebd reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions.

Royalebd offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms, which you should read before accepting.

• Welcome Bonus: Available to first-time registered members only. Each person is eligible once.
• Wagering Requirement: A minimum wagering requirement must be met before any withdrawal (typically 3x to 10x the bonus amount).
• Bonus Validity: Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once its validity period expires.
• Winnings from Bonus: Only bets placed on eligible markets will count towards bonus wagering. Wagering conditions differ between casino and sports bonuses.
• Any attempt to abuse multiple bonuses or exploit the system will result in the cancellation of all bonuses.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Royalebd:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Creating an account using a false identity or someone else's name.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or any form of automation.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Arbitrage betting (placing opposing bets on the same match).
• Abusing the bonus system or "bonus hunting".
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Disrespectful behavior toward support staff.
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.

Royalebd may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violating the Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification has not been completed.
• If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12+ months).
• At the member's own request.

Members may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, any remaining balance must be withdrawn beforehand.

If Royalebd closes an account, any valid balance will be returned. However, if the closure is due to a rule violation, the balance may be forfeited.

Royalebd is firmly committed to responsible gaming. We believe betting is a form of entertainment — not an addiction.

Our responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Session Limit: Set a daily limit for how long you play.
• Loss Limit: Bets will be automatically stopped once a set loss limit is reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Take an extended break from betting for a set period (6 months to 5 years).

Royalebd is committed to resolving member issues promptly and fairly. For any disputes or complaints, please follow the steps below:

1. Step 1: Reach us via live chat or email — most issues are resolved within 24 hours.
2. Step Two: If your issue remains unresolved by support, submit a formal complaint via email. You will receive a response within 72 hours.
3. Step Three: If both parties cannot reach an agreement, the matter will be referred to an independent mediator for resolution.

In any dispute regarding betting outcomes, Royalebd's decision is final unless a clear technical error can be demonstrated.

Royalebd reserves the right to modify, revise, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will:

• Notify registered members via email or SMS.
• Updated rules will take effect 7 days after the date of any change.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with the updated terms, please contact support to close your account and withdraw your balance.
